Telisa,
ReplyDeleteYour plan looks awesome. Quick suggestion: you have a huge gap for your implementation of strategies. Perhaps you might want to have a smaller ranger for each strategy so it gives you a time to "reflect" and analyze throughout your action research plan. Otherwise, you are very detail oriented which will help you stay organized throughout the year. Awesome job!

ReplyDeleteI would add an action about sharing. I like to seeing intervention at this grade level. Some times schools focus on 3-5 because they are the only "Teseted" grades, but if intervention is sooner it can be more beneficial. Your timeline looks good. Good luck on your project.
Do you plan on monitoring the intervention strategies throughout the year? How can you make sure teachers are implementing those strategies?
ReplyDeleteI was a Kindergarten teacher for 2 years and know the importance of interventions and support at the earliest age possible. Will you be telling the teachers specific interventions to use or will they get to choose their own? Good luck! I look forward to reading your results!
